Job Description
We seek proactive, empathetic Customer Support Agents to be the first point of contact for clients using our SaaS. You will resolve inquiries via chat, email, and phone; guide users through setup, troubleshooting, and basic use; escalate complex issues; and maintain accurate records. Ideal candidates have strong communication, patience, the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users, and teamwork skills.
