Job Description
We are hiring a Fashion Production Manager to lead end-to-end garment production, ensuring on-time delivery, cost targets, and consistent product quality.
You will coordinate with design, sourcing, and suppliers, manage production schedules, monitor factory performance, resolve production issues, and enforce quality and sustainability standards.
Qualifications: 5+ years in fashion production, strong knowledge of garment construction and materials, experience with PLM and Excel, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and readiness to travel.
