Job Description
We seek an Evaluation Consultant based in Kenya to design and lead evaluations of development programs. Responsibilities include developing evaluation frameworks, designing mixed-methods assessments, conducting fieldwork, analyzing data, and producing clear reports with evidence-based recommendations. Candidate should have a master’s degree in social sciences or related field, 7+ years of evaluation experience, strong quantitative and qualitative skills, familiarity with donor requirements (DFID, USAID, EU), and excellent English communication. Short-term consultancy with travel across Kenya required; competitive daily rate and immediate start.
