Job Description
Winnys Meals seeks a Production Officer to prepare, cook, and present menu items to company standards for quality, hygiene, and speed. Responsibilities include ingredient preparation, cooking rice dishes, soups, meats and pastries, following recipes and kitchen timelines, maintaining sanitation of workstations and equipment, and reporting faults. Candidates need at least 2 years’ relevant experience, strong attention to cleanliness, ability to follow standardized processes, multitask under pressure, basic food safety knowledge, and good teamwork.
