Job Description
Lead and manage joint training and exercise programs to ensure readiness across services and partner agencies. Develop, plan, and execute realistic, scalable exercises; set objectives, scenarios, evaluation criteria, and after-action reporting. Coordinate interagency stakeholders, schedule resources, and oversee budgets and staff. Require proven leadership with 10+ years of operational or training experience, knowledge of joint doctrine and exercise design, and strong communication, analytical, and project management skills. Military experience or equivalent civilian background preferred. Ability to travel and work under pressure; security clearance may be required.
