Job Description

We seek an experienced HR Generalist to join PalmPay’s fintech team. You will manage recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, HR operations, and compliance with Nigerian labor laws. Requirements: Bachelor’s in HR/Business or related; 3–5 years in fintech or tech-driven HR; strong HR best practices, HRIS and MS Office proficiency; excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
