Job Description
Lead Enterprise Support Services seeks a full-time Insurance Business Development Manager based in Ibadan, Oyo State. You will lead business development strategy and the sales team to generate and expand insurance broking business, promote the broker brand, gather market intelligence, and perform competitor analysis. Candidate must hold a degree in Insurance or related field, have proven insurance brokering/agency experience, with professional qualifications a plus.
