Job Description
Firewood Rice Nigeria seeks a Pastry Chef to prepare and bake pastries, desserts, and baked goods to restaurant standards. You will plate attractively, ensure correct serving temperatures, create daily/weekly specials, assist with event orders, and maintain consistent flavor and texture. Update and maintain recipe cards, develop new menu items with the Head Chef while managing costs, monitor and label ingredient stock, and reduce waste through planning and portion control. Maintain a clean HACCP-compliant workstation, sanitize tools and surfaces, coordinate timely dessert delivery with the main kitchen, and train pastry assistants. Job Type: Full-time. Pay: ₦150,00/month. Work Location: In person.
