Job Description
We are hiring a Remote Relationship Officer to manage client relationships, onboard new customers, and ensure satisfaction. You will handle inquiries, coordinate with internal teams, develop retention strategies, and report on account health. Qualifications: 1-2 years in client-facing roles, strong communication, CRM experience, and the ability to work independently across time zones.
