Job Description
Kennedia Consulting seeks an experienced Senior Corporate Finance Manager to drive financial strategy for global renewable energy projects. You will lead financial modeling, valuation, capital raising (debt, equity, project finance), transaction execution, and due diligence for M&A and joint ventures. Partner with senior leadership on strategic planning, budgeting, and long-term forecasts, and manage relationships with lenders, investors, and advisors. Minimum 7+ years in corporate finance, investment or project finance; a professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CFA, CPA) is highly desirable. Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills required. Full-time; pay ₦1,00,00–₦2,00,00/month. Hybrid remote in Lagos.
