Job Description
One Step Ahead seeks a Business Development Manager in Abuja to drive room sales, long-stay and corporate contracts; grow F&B revenue via private dining, events and bulk orders; build partnerships with corporates, embassies, NGOs, airlines, banks, travel agents and lifestyle brands; negotiate corporate rates; monitor competitors and market trends; maintain pipeline and deliver weekly/monthly forecasts. Requires 3+ years in hotel or B2B sales, strong negotiation, networking, and revenue-focused mindset. Full-time; must relocate or commute to Abuja.
