Job Description
Experienced Rig Supervisor II needed to lead drilling rig operations and teams onshore/offshore. You will supervise crews, ensure safe and efficient drilling practices, enforce HSE and company procedures, plan daily activities, coordinate maintenance and logistics, monitor performance and report to the Operations Manager. The role requires proven leadership, technical knowledge of rig systems, strong communication, ability to manage emergencies, and relevant certifications (BOSIET, well control, etc.). Expect shift rotations and hands-on problem solving. Applicants should have extensive field experience and a commitment to safety and team development.
