Job Description
JP MANDIS LTD seeks a full-time Video Specialist to produce high-quality real estate visuals that drive inquiries and build brand credibility. Duties: shoot properties, inspections and events; edit social and long-form videos; create Reels/TikToks/Shorts; add motion graphics, captions, music and branding; manage cameras, lighting and audio; archive files and meet fast deadlines. Requirements: proven portfolio, Premiere Pro/Final Cut/CapCut, basic After Effects, DSLR/mirrorless or high-end mobile skills. Pay: ₦150,00/month.
