Job Description
We are hiring an Area Paygo Phone Supervisor to lead regional prepaid phone sales, operations, and field teams. You will ensure performance targets, customer satisfaction, and compliance with company standards.
Responsibilities: manage sales agents, monitor KPIs, coach staff, handle escalations, coordinate inventory and reporting, and drive local promotions.
Qualifications: 3+ years in retail or telecom supervision, strong leadership, communication, analytical skills, and willingness to travel within the area.
