Job Description
Lead business development to achieve sales targets and growth for JOMAV Homes and Properties. Establish new opportunities and strategies; develop clients, collect customer data, and generate leads. Oversee winning bid strategies, coordinating headquarters and stakeholders. Build and maintain strong customer relationships, lead strategic negotiations, and influence decision makers. Conduct market research and track competitors and industry trends. Recruit, train, and manage the Business Development team across regions, and apply consultative marketing principles. Ensure excellent customer service to boost brand influence and satisfaction. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time. Pay: ₦30,00.00 – ₦100,00.00 per month.
