Job Description
Mopheth Group seeks a full-time Restaurant Supervisor for our Lekki, Lagos outlet. You will oversee daily operations, lead and train staff, ensure exceptional customer service, monitor sales targets, prepare reports for the Executive Chef, and enforce hygiene and safety standards. Minimum OND/HND in Hospitality Management or related field with prior supervisory experience required. Strong leadership, multitasking, problem-solving, and fluent communication skills are essential. Competitive salary N150,00–N250,00/month. Be proactive, detail-oriented, and focused on improving service and efficiency.
