Job Description
Royal Mills and Foods Limited seeks a dedicated Executive Assistant to support senior executives and the CEO. The EA will manage calendars, appointments, travel, and meetings; handle emails, calls, and correspondence; prepare reports, presentations, and documents; coordinate conferences and events; prioritize tasks, manage projects, and ensure deadlines are met; handle confidential information with discretion; and proactively solve problems and propose solutions. Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills are required, along with the ability to work independently and multitask effectively. Job Type: Full-time. Pay: From ₦120,00.00 per month.
