Job Description
House 32 Suites seeks a mature, responsible, and experienced General Hotel Supervisor to oversee daily operations and ensure excellent service across all departments. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ proven hotel experience, strong leadership, sound judgment, and deep operational knowledge. Responsibilities include supervising daily operations, maintaining service and cleanliness standards, monitoring staff performance and attendance, resolving guest complaints, enforcing policies and safety, coordinating rosters and shifts, supporting training and evaluations, ensuring equipment maintenance, and preparing daily operational reports. Full-time position based in Lagos.
