Job Description
As a Patient Services Representative, you will welcome patients, manage appointment scheduling, verify insurance, process payments, and maintain accurate patient records while ensuring a positive front-desk experience.
Requirements: high school diploma, 1+ year of customer service or medical office experience, proficiency with electronic health records, strong communication and organizational skills; bilingual candidates encouraged.
You must be detail-oriented, able to multitask, uphold HIPAA confidentiality, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced clinic environment. Reliable attendance and a professional demeanor are essential.
