Job Description
The Future Edge seeks a Factory Manager for its food manufacturing plant in Odogunyan, Ikorodu, Lagos. You will oversee daily production, ensure quality and food-safety compliance, supervise staff and shifts, maintain equipment, and implement cost and waste controls to meet targets. Candidates need a Bachelor’s in Engineering, Food Technology, or a related field, at least 3 years of manufacturing experience with supervision, strong leadership and problem-solving skills, and must be willing to work onsite.
