Job Description
We are seeking a professional Front Desk Officer to welcome guests, manage phone lines, and handle check-ins/check-outs. Responsibilities include greeting visitors, scheduling appointments, maintaining records, processing payments, and assisting with basic administrative tasks. The ideal candidate has strong communication and customer service skills, basic computer literacy (MS Office, reservation systems), attention to detail, and a polite, organized demeanor. Previous front desk or hospitality experience is preferred. This is a full-time role with shifts that may include weekends. Reliable attendance and a friendly attitude are essential.
