Job Description
Join our team as an IT Service Desk Officer responsible for first-line technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing helpdesk tickets, and providing remote and on-site assistance. You will diagnose problems, escalate complex incidents, maintain documentation, and ensure timely resolution while delivering excellent customer service. Required: strong communication skills, Windows and basic networking knowledge, experience with ticketing systems, and ability to work shifts. Degree or IT certification preferred; 1+ years in support roles is a plus.
