Job Description
The Agricultural Policy Analyst will research and evaluate farm, food, and rural policies to support evidence-based recommendations. Responsibilities include policy analysis, preparing briefings, modeling impacts, stakeholder consultation, and drafting reports. Candidates should have a bachelor’s or master’s in agriculture, economics, public policy, or a related field, 2+ years of experience, strong data analysis and communication skills, and familiarity with agricultural regulations and sustainability issues. Proficiency in statistical software and experience with field stakeholders is a plus. We seek a proactive team player who can translate technical findings into clear policy advice to influence program design and implementation.
