Job Description
We are hiring a Customer Support Specialist to deliver outstanding service via phone, chat, and email. You will resolve customer issues, document interactions, and escalate when necessary.
Responsibilities include answering inquiries, troubleshooting product and account problems, maintaining accurate records, meeting service-level targets, and working with teams to improve the customer experience.
