Job Description
Strivo Labs seeks a full-time Collections & Recovery Manager to lead loan collections and recovery operations for our Lagos-based client. You will design and implement strategies across early to late delinquency stages, manage in-house teams and third-party partners, monitor PAR, roll rates and recovery metrics, improve workflows and escalations, and ensure regulatory compliance. Candidates should have 3–7 years in collections, proven team management experience, knowledge of loan products and legal recovery processes, and strong analytical and stakeholder skills.
