Jimlad Dev Limited seeks a dynamic Chief Sales & Marketing Officer (CSMO) in Ajah, Lagos. Competitive salary ₦200,00–₦300,00/month plus HMO, performance bonuses, sales commission, and access to training and career development. Lead integrated sales and marketing strategies for real estate, drive revenue and brand visibility, manage regional sales targets, and build high-performing teams. Require bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred), minimum 7 years in sales and marketing leadership with proven real estate or investment marketing experience, and strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
