Job Description
Don Quester Consulting seeks a full-time Pastries Baker to produce high-quality pastries and desserts for Ojota Supermarket. Prepare meat pies, sausage rolls, doughnuts and assorted desserts while following recipes, portion control and production plans. Monitor baking temperatures, presentation and consistency; support daily and seasonal menus; maintain cleanliness, hygiene, safety and stock control to minimize waste. Requirements: SSCE or equivalent; pastry/catering training and prior baking experience preferred; creative, detail-oriented, and knowledgeable about food safety. Pay ₦80,00–₦100,00/month.
