Job Description
NEW ICELAND BEACH seeks experienced Cooks to prepare set menus, ensure food quality, hygiene, and efficient kitchen operations. Responsibilities include cooking to recipes, timely plating, monitoring taste and presentation, proper storage, sanitation, minimizing waste, and reporting equipment or supply issues. Candidates must work well under pressure, multitask, and collaborate with kitchen staff. Culinary training is a plus. Required: physical stamina, attention to detail, knowledge of local and continental dishes, and food safety awareness. Job Type: Full-time. Work Location: In person.
