Job Description
The Area Sales Manager reports to the Branch Head and will drive sales across Mbiama, Bonny & Bori (Rivers State). Lead City Heads and field teams, execute route-to-market plans, and achieve revenue and distribution targets. Requirements: OND and minimum three years proven ASM experience in FMCG, with strong leadership, sales strategy, and people-management skills. Full-time, in-person role. Benefits include HMO, conveyance allowance, pension, sales commission, and 13th-month salary. Ideal candidates show territory planning, team coaching, and measurable sales growth.
