Job Description
Location: Guzape, Dawaki. Full-time Builder reporting to Project Manager/Head of Projects. Lead construction activities for residential and commercial projects: read plans, supervise labor, manage materials and equipment, enforce codes and safety, coordinate subcontractors, monitor quality, budget and schedule, perform site inspections, and maintain records. Requirements: National Diploma or Bachelor’s in Building Technology or Construction Management, 3+ years’ construction experience, project management software skills, strong knowledge of building codes, and leadership. Preferred: sustainable building practices, AutoCAD/Revit, or construction management certification. Salary: ₦350,00–₦380,00 per month. Apply with a PDF resume and use email subject “Builder”.
