Job Description
We are seeking an IPP Operator to monitor and operate Independent Power Plant equipment, ensuring safe, reliable power generation. Responsibilities include controlling turbine and generator systems, performing routine inspections, logging operational data, troubleshooting faults, and coordinating with maintenance teams. Candidates should have a technical diploma or equivalent, one to three years of power plant or industrial operations experience, and knowledge of safety procedures, SCADA, and basic electrical and mechanical systems. Strong attention to detail, problem solving skills, and willingness to work rotating shifts are required. Certification in power plant operations is a plus.
