Job Description
We are hiring a Microsoft Dynamics ERP Support Specialist to provide technical support, configuration, and user training for Dynamics 365/AX/FO systems. Responsibilities include troubleshooting issues, performing system maintenance, managing upgrades and patches, creating documentation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement business requirements. The ideal candidate has 2+ years experience with Microsoft Dynamics ERP, strong SQL and Power Platform skills, excellent problem-solving and communication abilities, and a customer-service mindset. Relevant certifications (Dynamics 365, MB-900/MB-300) are a plus. This role requires attention to detail, ability to prioritize tasks, and willingness to work with stakeholders to optimize ERP processes.
