Job Description
Virginrose Resorts seeks an Operation Manager with 1+ year experience to improve systems, oversee departments, raise service quality, solve efficiency bottlenecks, enforce safety and regulations, and manage inventory, budgets, and forecasts. Requirements: degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field; proven operations management experience; strong organizational and communication skills; ability to coordinate cross-functional teams. Must reside in or be willing to work in Lagos. Full-time. Salary from ₦100,00/month plus accommodation, staff meals, and welfare benefits.
