Job Description
We seek a self-driven Senior HR Recruiter to join our remote team at Gratitude. You will manage the full recruitment cycle, source high-quality candidates locally and internationally, and partner with hiring managers to build diverse talent pipelines. Key duties: develop sourcing strategies, screen candidates, maintain ATS records, provide weekly hiring updates, and nurture candidate relationships. Requirements: 6+ years recruiting experience, strong sourcing and communication skills, familiarity with ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment. International recruitment experience (UAE, US, UK, Canada, Europe, Asia) is a plus.
