Job Description

The Vault Recruitment seeks a Compliance and Administration Specialist to ensure NDPR and sector regulatory compliance, maintain policies, registers, contracts, and audit-ready records, and support operations and service delivery. Reporting to the Founder/Managing Director, this hybrid on-site role is based in Lekki Phase 1, Lagos. Responsibilities include managing onboarding documentation, filing systems, SLAs/NDAs, tracking renewals and statutory filings, advising on regulatory changes, and assisting with reports and client communications. Candidates must have 3+ years in compliance or regulatory support (regulated sectors preferred), strong data protection knowledge, excellent organization, attention to detail, and solid written communication. Full-time; ₦250,00/month.
