Job Description
Nabuyar Environmental Consultants seeks an Operations Manager in Gwagwalada, Abuja (FCT) to lead field teams on environmental sanitation, pest/vector control and public-health programs. Duties: recruit, train and supervise data-collection staff; coordinate field operations, logistics and demand notices; monitor compliance, track progress and report; liaise with authorities, businesses and communities; manage budgets/schedules. Req: Bachelor’s in environmental/public health or related; 3+ yrs managing field teams (government/NGO preferred); strong organizational and communication skills; fluent English and Hausa; MS Office proficiency; flexible hours and travel within Abuja.
