Job Description
EDSAN MARKETING SERVICES LIMITED seeks a proactive, results-driven Customer Success Lead to qualify leads, conduct discovery calls, manage client communication, gather feedback, and convert one-time projects into retainers. This remote contract role (3 months, possible extension) is for candidates based in Abuja. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, 2+ years in sales or client-facing roles, proven experience with lead-generation tools, CRM and sales funnels. The ideal candidate excels at relationship management, organization, follow-up, and independently owning client engagements. Key duties include sourcing and qualifying leads, handling inquiries, providing regular client updates, supporting referrals, and managing expectations throughout engagements.
