Job Description

We seek a proactive, customer-focused Front Desk Officer for shortlet apartments. Greet guests, manage check-ins/outs, handle inquiries and complaints, coordinate housekeeping, maintain records, and market units to your client base. Requirements: HND/BSc, hospitality or front desk experience, existing client base, strong sales/communication skills, basic computer skills, shift flexibility (weekends/holidays), professional appearance. Full-time. Salary: ₦100,00–₦150,00/month.
