Job Description
Lead development and implementation of climate adaptation strategies to reduce vulnerability and strengthen resilience across programs. Manage climate risk assessments, design nature-based and engineered interventions, and coordinate cross-sectoral stakeholder engagement.
Require 7+ years of experience in climate adaptation, strong leadership, grant management, monitoring & evaluation, and excellent communication skills. Advanced degree in climate science, environmental planning, or a related field preferred. Ability to translate science into policy and actionable programs.
