Job Description
We are hiring an HR Associate for Talent & Recruitment to support end-to-end hiring, candidate sourcing, screening, and onboarding. You will partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, post roles, manage applicant tracking, and coordinate interviews.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, 1–3 years recruitment experience, strong communication, ATS proficiency, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Preferred: experience with employer branding and data-driven hiring.
