Job Description
We are hiring an Inventory Administration Officer to manage stock records, coordinate receiving and dispatch, and support inventory audits. You will maintain accurate databases, reconcile discrepancies, and prepare regular reports.
Qualifications: associate’s degree or equivalent, 1–3 years of inventory or administrative experience, proficiency with inventory software and MS Excel, strong attention to detail, and good communication skills.
Responsibilities include cycle counts, coordinating with procurement and warehouse teams, updating documentation, and improving processes to reduce shrinkage. Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently is required.
