Job Description
Join Thehrgrid as Strategy and Communication Lead. You will lead development and review of group strategy, align subsidiary plans, facilitate annual and quarterly reviews, monitor initiatives, and report to executive leadership. Develop and execute a Group-wide communications strategy: draft speeches, press releases, manage social media and publications, enforce brand guidelines, and manage crisis communications. Drive stakeholder engagement with government, partners, and clients; represent the Group at events; collect feedback; track performance metrics and prepare quarterly and annual reports. Ensure compliance with policies and mentor communications and strategy teams through training and supervision. Job Type: Full-time. Pay: ₦300,00–₦400,00 per month.
