Job Description
Lead day-to-day AML, sanctions, and fraud operations to detect, prevent, and remediate financial crime. Manage case intake, investigations, and regulatory reporting while maintaining high-quality controls.
Oversee transaction monitoring, SAR filing, QA reviews, and response to regulatory exams. Partner with legal, risk, and IT to refine controls, optimize workflows, and drive remediation efforts.
Require bachelor’s degree, 5+ years in financial crime/compliance, strong AML/KYC/sanctions knowledge, analytical mindset, and experience with monitoring systems. CAMS or similar certification preferred.
