Job Description
Pearls & Curve seeks a professional Front Desk Officer for our Lekki Phase 1, Lagos spa. Full-time role with salary ₦150,00/month. You will welcome clients, manage calls, emails and inquiries, handle scheduling, record-keeping and daily coordination, respond to feedback and prepare reports. Require HND/BSc in Business Administration, Mass Communication or related, 2–3 years front desk/admin/customer service (spa or hospitality preferred), excellent verbal and written communication, strong organization, multitasking, MS Office proficiency and a professional demeanor. Be proactive, solution-oriented and customer-focused.
