Job Description
Vision24 Eye Clinic seeks a full-time Front Desk Officer to deliver excellent customer care and manage front office operations. Responsibilities include greeting patients, scheduling appointments, maintaining patient records, stock keeping, and basic office maintenance. Must be proficient with computers, Excel, and Microsoft Word, possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a busy clinical setting. Prior clinic or healthcare front desk experience is a plus.
