Job Description
Agronomists at Uptown Farms will analyze soil composition (pH, nutrients, organic matter) and design fertilization and conservation plans; study plant biology, genetics, and growth to optimize planting, cultivation, and harvesting; diagnose and treat crop issues such as pests, diseases (e.g., mildew), and nutrient deficiencies; lead research and development trials to discover improved techniques, crops, and technologies; consult with farmers on best practices for efficiency, profitability, and environmental stewardship; and develop sustainable methods to reduce erosion, manage water, and minimize pollution. Job Type: Permanent. Pay: ₦80,00.00 – ₦100,00.00 per month.
