Job Description
Join our team as a Client Services Coordinator responsible for managing client communications, scheduling meetings, coordinating projects, and ensuring timely resolution of inquiries. You will act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams, maintain accurate records in CRM, prepare reports, and assist with billing and onboarding. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of client-facing experience, strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems, and a customer-first attitude.
