Job Description
We are hiring a Bakery Manager to lead daily bakery operations, supervise bakers and front-of-house staff, manage production schedules, control inventory and costs, and ensure consistent product quality and food safety. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of bakery or food-service management experience, strong leadership and communication skills, knowledge of baking techniques and sanitation standards, and the ability to train staff and maintain customer satisfaction.
