Job Description

Join us as a Personal Assistant supporting an executive in daily tasks, scheduling, correspondence, travel planning, and project coordination. You will manage calendars, organize meetings, prepare documents, handle confidential information, and liaise with internal and external contacts. Ideal candidates are organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and skilled in communication, time management, and basic office software. Prior experience in assistance or office administration preferred. Flexible, professional demeanor and discretion required.
