Job Description
SRS Collection seeks a motivated, customer-focused Sales Associate to promote hotel services, build strong client relationships, and support revenue targets. Responsibilities include identifying new business, promoting rooms, restaurant, spa, and event services, handling inquiries by phone, email, and walk-ins, maintaining accurate booking records, preparing proposals and sales materials, and collaborating with Front Office, Reservations, F&B, and Housekeeping to ensure excellent service. Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, or a related field, have 2–3 years of sales experience (hospitality preferred), strong communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools, and be proactive, organized, and results-driven.
